摘要 通过对复合式TBM主驱动控制系统的故障原因分析及研究,增加外置旁路接触器(即相当于增加冗余接触器),以较小的成本有效提升系统对环境的适应性、可靠性,降低设备故障;针对管片机出现对掘进影响较大的故障及原因分析,对管片机控制系统做适当的改进,加强了对管片机关键部件的保护,大大增加了管片机系统工作的可靠性,减少了管片机系统的故障,为掘进创造了有利的条件。 Upon the basis of the study and analysis of the malfunction causes of the control system of the main drive of the composite TBM,an external bypass contactor is added.(i.e.similar to the increase of a redundancy contact device),with a relatively small cost increased but the adaptability and the reliability of the system to the environment effectively improved,and the failure of the equipment much reduced.Through the analysis of the drilling-affecting causes of the grilled tube machine,the control system of the grilled tube machine is properly improved,with the protection of the key parts of the grilled tube machine strengthened,the reliability of the grilled tube machine much improved,the malfunction of the grilled tube machine system greatly reduced.As a result,favorable conditions are provided for the drilling operation.
