中药雾化在耐多药肺结核患者中应用的前景分析

Analysis on Application Prospect of Chinese Medicine Nebulizer Inhalation in Pulmonary Tuberculosis with Multi-drug Resistant

中药雾化剂是一种新的中药药物剂型,是以中医药理论为基础,结合现代工艺研制而成的,符合现代中药制剂的"三效"、"三小"、"五方便"的方向,尤其在耐多药肺结核患者的治疗中具有广阔的应用前景。但是目前临床应用并不广泛,本文主要讨论耐多药肺结核患者的临床疾病特点,以及分析中药雾化剂在其治疗中的应用前景。

Chinese medicine nebulizer inhalation,a kind of new Traditional Chinese medicine drug dosage form,is based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine,combines with modern technology level of development,and conforms to the modern Chinese native medicine preparation directions of ＂three-acting＂,＂three-exiguity＂ and ＂five-convenience＂,especially in the treatment of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis patients with broad application prospects.But the clinical application is not widely at present;this article focuses on clinical disease characteristics of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients,as well as the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine atomization agent in the treatment of the application.
