摘要
膀胱过度活动症多发生于中老年，患病率较高。常见的临床表现主要有：尿急，是指突然而强烈的排尿欲望，很难延迟；尿频，尿次数过于频繁，每天排尿次数超过8次；夜尿增多，夜里需要起床去洗手间2次或更多次；急迫性尿失禁，即一旦出现尿急后常不能控制地漏尿。
