解脲支原体致病机制与耐药机制研究进展 被引量:23

摘要 解脲支原体(Uu)是一种大小介于细菌与病毒之间且能在人工培养基上生长繁殖的最小原核微生物。根据其表面抗原的变异,解脲支原体可分为14个血清型,而根据其分子特征又可分为两个生物群,生物1群包括1、3、6、14四个血清型;生物2群为其余10个血清型。近年来随着抗菌素在临床的广泛应用,大量Uu耐药菌株产生,从而为临床治疗带来极大困难。因此明确Uu的致病性及致病机制、
