生殖安全转化医学研究:挑战与展望

Translational Medicine Research on Reproduction Safety—Challenges & Prospectives

生殖安全是指男女两性有安全和满意的性生活,并在生殖活动的每一个环节(妊娠、胚胎发育、分娩及婴儿发育)均保证安全与健康。其中一个重点领域是对于辅助生殖技术(ART)开展系统的安全性评估与研究。建议:①ART中心必须建立严格的登记制度,力求信息完整及全国信息联网;对于ART子代的体格、心理、行为与认知发育进行长期追踪观察。②建立一支多学科的研究团队,对ART可能带来的安全隐患开展转化医学研究。③严格区分临床前实验研究、小规模临床试点及临床推广使用3个不同的阶段,要建立严格的评估与审检机制。

Reproduction safety implies that people are able to have safe and satisfied sexual life with no worry about suffering sexual associated diseases,as well as a complete safe and healthy state related to all functions and processes of human reproduction,including pregnancy,embryo development,neonatal and child development.One of the reproduction safety research priority areas is the potential risks of assistded reproductive technology（ART）.It is suggested：①National and global ART surveillance programmes should be developed,and ART statistics need to emphasize the birth rate of healthy infants,as well as rates of malformations,neonatal morbidity and mortality,abnormalities of pregnancy and child development.②An interdisciplinary research team is of strategic importance to successful translational medicine research on Reproduction Safety.③Clear distinction should be made to evaluate and monitor ART preclinical research,small-scale clinic trial and randomized,controlled clinical studies.
