摘要
乳化剂是一种表面活性剂,已普遍应用于一些工业领域,目前在饲料工业中得到广泛应用,文章针对乳化剂的种类、性质、加工条件及其在动物生产中的应用作以综述。
Emulsifier is a surface active agent, has been widely used in industrial sectors, also widely used in feed industry eunently. The types, properties, processing conditions, and application in animal production were reviewed in this paper.
