摘要
出于系统安全、品质保证以及节能的需求,工业制冷需要对制冷系统的介质温度进行精确控制。当温度下限受到限制时,较高的温度控制精度往往可以有效地提高系统的能效。目前针对介质温度精确控制的方法主要有压力无关型和压力相关型2种控制方式。这2种方法都可以对介质温度进行精确控制,但在应用中也有各自的特点:压力相关型对系统中吸气压力的变化较为敏感,而压力无关型对外部负荷的变化具有较高的响应速度。
The medium temperature of refrigeration system should be accurately con- trolled in industrial refrigeration because of the demand of system safety, quality guarantee and energy-saving. The high control precision will improve the energy efficiency when the lower limit of temperature is restricted. There are two methods for accurate temperature control, one is pressure-dependent and the other is pressure-independent. Both of them can do well in the control, but each one has its own characteristics. The pressure-dependent one is sensitive to the change of suction pressure in the system and the pressure-independ ent one spends shorter response time to the change of load,
