摘要 目的观察7种常用中药注射剂与0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍的稳定性,以指导临床药物护理。方法分别检测红花黄色素、复方苦参注射液、黄芪注射液、康艾注射液、艾迪注射液、注射用灯盏花素、注射用丹参与0.9%氯化钠配伍后0~4h的颜色、澄明度、微粒数、pH值及吸光度。结果4h内溶液澄明,未见沉淀生成及变色,pH值在正常范围内略有变化,不溶性微粒未发生大幅度改变,吸光度在正常值范围内。结论7种常用中药注射剂与0.9%氯化钠配伍后溶液在4h内基本稳定,其中1~2h配伍使用最为稳定。建议中药注射剂配伍静置一段时间后输注,以提高输液安全性。 Objective To study compatibility and stability of seven kinds of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine injections with 0.9 % sodium chloride, and to provide references for clinical nursing work. Methods We mixed safflower yellow pigments, matrine injection,astragalus injection, Kang'ai injection, Aidi injection, breviscapine injection, and Danshen injection, one by one with 0.9% sodium chloride, and allowed the 7 mixtures to stand 4 hours. The colors, clarities, numbers of particles, pH values, and the absorbance of the 7 mixtures within 4 hours were tested. Results The 7 mixtures within 4 hours after preparation were clear; no precipitation and changes in colors were found; the pH values fluncated slightly within normal range; the numbers of particles made no substantial change; and the absorbance was within normal range. Conclusion The seven kinds of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine injections are all compatible with 0.9% sodium chloride solution; the 7 mixtures are quite stable within 4 hours af- ter preparation, and they are most stable within 2 hours. It is recommended that traditional Chinese medicine injection preparations should be allowed to stand for a length of time before being administered to patients so as to ensure safety of intravenous therapy.
