手足口病房医护人员发生隐性感染的危险因素分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析手足口病房医护人员发生隐性感染的危险因素,提出防治对策。方法对手足口病房的401名医护人员进行咽拭子采样分析隐性感染发生情况,根据检测结果分为感染组和正常对照组,对危险因素进行分析。结果医护人员隐性感染率63.6%;手卫生的知识与行为,半年内是否参加过医院感染相关知识培训是手足口病房中医护人员发生隐性感染的独立危险因素。结论手足口病房中医护人员手足口病隐性感染率较高,需通过提高其手卫生的知识及行为,定期进行医院感染知识培训以减少隐性感染的发生。 Objective To investigate the risk factors of covert infection among medical staff working in a hand-food-mouth disease ward, and to formulate controling countermeasures. Methods A total of 401 medical staffers working a hand-food-mouth disease ward from 2010 through 2012 were enrolled and each had a throat swab to test for covert infection. Those tested positive were as- signed into the infection group whereas those tested negative into the control group. Then the risk factors of covert infection were analyzed. Results Among the 401 medical staffers, there were 255 (63.6 ~ ) tested positive for covert infection. Multivariate analysis revealed that knowledge levels, and sanitation behaviors of hand hygiene, whether or not to receive training on nosocomial infection in the past 6 months were major risk factors for covert infection among medical staff. Conclusion Covert infection is high and com- mon among medical staff working in hand-food-mouth disease ward. Measures should be taken to improve their knowledge levels, reinforce their hand hygiene behaviors, giving regular training of nosocomial infection, so as to decrease the incidence of covert in- fection.
