Sustainable development countermeasures of electronic waste disposal enterprises under the fund policy

在《废弃电器电子产品处理基金征收使用管理办法》政策下,分析我国电子废弃物处理企业的发展现状和面临的困难,借鉴发达国家的经验,并结合中国国情,对基金政策下的电子废弃物处理企业如何实现可持续的发展进行初步探讨,提出促进政策完善、建设回收网络、推动技术升级和科学设计布局产业链等相关建议。

Based on ＂The Levy and Use Management Approach of Waste Electrical and Electronic Products Processing Fund policy＂, this paper reviewed the development status and difficulties showing in electronic waste disposal enterprises. According to the experiences of developed countries, combined with the national conditions of our country, we makes a preliminary discussion on how to achieve the sustainable development of electronic waste disposal enterprises under the fund policy, and puts forward the related suggestions promoting policy improvement ,constructing recycling network, promoting technological upgrading and scientific design and layout the industrial chain.
