护士自我管理模式在静脉给药查对中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨护士自我管理模式在静脉给药查对中的应用效果。方法构建自我管理模式,即组建自我管理团队,制定给药查对标化流程,开展自我管理,包括开设自我管理课程、建立三级质控网、营造自我管理氛围、自律与互律、诚信与沟通等措施。比较实施前后护士静脉给药查对自我管理情况。结果实施后护士自我管理及一般自我管理效能评分显著高于实施前(均P<0.01)。结论在静脉给药查对中运用护士自我管理模式,有利于提高护士静脉给药核对的执行力,激发护士对工作的主观能动性,提高护理质量。 Objective To investigate effects of nursePs self-management model applied in check process before intravenous medication administration. Methods Self-management model was constructed including building self-management teams, formulating standard checking workflow before medication administration, and carrying out self-management (provision of self-management courses, es- tablishment of three-level quality control network, construction of self-management culture, self-or mutual-disciplines, and integri- ty and communication, etc). Nursesp self-management on check before intravenous medication administration was compared before and after implementation of the model. Results Nurses' self-management behaviors and efficacy scored significantly higher after the intervention (P(0.01 for all). Conclusion Implementation of self-management in check process before intravenous medication ad- ministration can improve nurses execution of check, stimulate their initiative, and improve quality of care.
