摘要 自愈是智能配电系统的重要特征。智能配电网自愈控制使配电网具有自我感知、自我诊断、自我决策、自我恢复的能力,实现配电网在不同状态下的安全、可靠与经济运行。介绍了智能配电网自愈控制技术的内涵与特征,特别是自愈控制目标和控制技术方式,并以不同技术水平系统的故障处理为例分析了几种典型的自愈控制技术实现方式。最后,详细介绍国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)"智能配电网自愈控制技术研究与开发"的内容。 For a smart distribution system, self-healing is one of its characteristics, which is important to enable the distribution system self-perception, self-diagnosis, self-decision making and self-recovery, and thus operate in a safe, reliable and economic way at various status. This paper introduces key characteristics of self-healing control technology, especially its control target and strategy, and analyzes its several typical implementation approaches in dealing with the faults of distribution systems with different technology levels. Finally, an ongoing government sponsored project, "Research and Demonstration of Self-healing Control Technology for Smart Distribution Systems", is discussed in detail.
