摘要
根据某大型船务公司低压母线谐振过电压放电事故的记录和现场勘察分析,初步认定事故的最大可能原因是谐波引起的谐振过电压。采用电能质量分析仪Fluke435进行长时间连续监测,对监测数据的分析确认谐振过电压是事故的最大可能原因。据此提出一些抑制谐波和谐振过电压的措施,实际应用效果验证了事故原因判断的正确性以及治理措施的有效性。
According to the record of a low-voltage bus discharge accident happened in a large shipping company and the related spot investigation, the most possible accident cause is supposed as resonance over-voltage. Through a continuous monitoring in long time with Fluke435 (a power quality analyser), and analyzing the monitoring data, this paper proposes that resonance over-voltage is the most likely cause of the accident. Based on the proposition, several harmonics and resonance over-voltage suppression measures are given, and their actual application effect proves the judgment correctness of the accident cause and the validity of the suppression measures.
