摘要
绩效管理一直作为企业管理的重点而被人们所重视,但目前绩效管理仍存在一些问题。本文在对目前绩效管理存在的问题进行阐述的基础上,对绩效管理提出相应的改进措施。
As a key point of enterprise management, performance management attracts people's eyeballs. At present, there are also several problems in it. This paper raises the corresponding improvement approach based on elaboration of the existing problems.
