摘要
汽轮机监视仪表(TSI)系统的不可靠和测量系统中存在的问题,严重影响机组安全稳定运行,多次引发机组跳闸事故。为防止类似事件在台山电厂二期1000MW超超临界机组上发生,热工专业针对VM600型TSI系统存在的问题,在基建调试阶段通过调研、总结,提出相应的逻辑优化和故障预控措施。基建调试中已开始实施,并在后续的使用中不断改善,取得较好效果,本文对此进行了介绍,供同行参考。
Turbine Supervisory Instrument (TSI) system is not reliable and the problems in measurement system influencing the safe and stable operation of the unit seriously, caused unit tripping accident repeatedly. In order to prevent similar incidents occur in 1000MW ultra supercritical unit of second phrase in Taishan Power Plant, Thermal professional investigated, summarized and put forward the corresponding logic optimization and fault prevention measures for the problems in VM600 type TSI system, and came into effect in capital construction debugging and improved in the subsequent use, achieved good results. It was introduced in this paper for the colleagues to reference.
