摘要
为了落实"十二五"国家节能减排政策,完成节能减排计划,促进节能环保管理水平,降低能源消耗,减少污染物排放,神华集团决定建立节能环保对标管理体系。本文重点介绍了对标管理的起源、发展和特点,神华电力板块节能环保对标管理的现状,节能环保对标管理体系的构成、建设、评价和应用情况。
In order to implement the ＂1025＂National energy-saving emission reduction policies, and completion of energy-saving emission reduction plan, promote energy-saving and environmental protection management level; reduce energy consumption, reduced emissions of pollutants. Shenhua Group decided to set up energy-saving environmental benchmarking management system. It mainly introduced the origin, development, characteristics, current situation, structures, construction, evaluation and application of Shenhua electric plate energy-saving environmental benchmarking management.
