浙江省引进大院名校共建创新载体的实践 被引量:5

The Practice of Introducing Advantageous Resources of the Famous Institutes and Universities to Build Innovative Platforms Together in Zhejiang Province

摘要 2003年浙江省在全国率先启动了引进大院名校联合共建创新载体战略。经过10年的发展,已取得巨大的成就。截至2012年底,累计引进共建创新载体946家,总投资超过122亿元,集聚各类人才超过2.7万人,其中高级职称或博士近7000人,开展各类研发项目1.1万个,授权专利8000多项,产生经济效益超过650亿元。本文分析了引进大院名校共建创新载体工作实施10年以来的主要成效和经验,并针对存在的问题提出了可行的对策,为浙江省科技管理部门提供决策支撑,并为其他省市提供借鉴和参考。 In 2003, Zhejiang province took the lead in introducing advantageous resources of the famous institutes and universities to build innovative platforms together. After ten years of development, great achivements have been made. Till the end of 2012, a total of 946 innovative platforms have been built, more than 27000 talents have been attracted, including 7000 senior researchers and PHD, over 12. 2 billion yuan investment has been obtained, about 11000 R & D projects have been carried out, more than 8000 patents have been granted, and over 65 billion yuan economic benefit have been produced. This paper analyzed the major effects and experience of the practice of introducing advantageous resources of the famous institutes and universities to build innovative platforms together over the decade, and presented some feasible countermeasures for the existing problems, contributing to the decision-making of relevant depart- ments and providing references for other provinces and cities.
