摘要
将聚氯乙烯(PVC)和苯胺(An)单体置于同一体系中,在乳化剂存在的条件下,分别于不同温度下以过硫酸铵(APS)为氧化剂氧化苯胺聚合,合成了聚苯胺/聚氯乙烯(PANi/PVC)复合物,并探讨了聚合反应中各实验因素及实验条件的改变对聚合反应的影响,以聚合物产率和电导率为基准,确定了聚合反应的最佳工艺条件:聚氯乙烯/苯胺(质量)=2/1,反应温度28℃,反应时间22h。通过红外光谱对复合物结构进行了表征;热重分析表明PANi/PVC复合体系在添加聚苯胺后其热稳定性有明显的改善和提高;SEM分析显示PANi与PVC相容性良好。
With DBSA as emulsifier and APS (ammonium persulfate)as initiator and oxidant,PANi/PV(; were syn thesized by polymerization between PVC and aniline in different reaction condition. The reaction temperature and time were studied. Based on the yield and conductivity of the composit, the optimal reaction conditions were as following, PVC/aniline (mass) was 2/1, the reaction temperature was 28~C, and reaction time was 22h. Its structure were characterized by FTIR. TG analysis showed that the addtion of PANi in PVC had increased the heat stability of composite. SEM determined that the compatibility of PANi and PVC was satisfied.
