不同比例及旋光结构的MPEG-PLGA合成与性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以乙交酯(GA)和两种不同旋光结构的丙交酯(LA)∶外消旋丙交酯(D,L-LA)和左旋丙交酯(L-LA)为原料,在聚乙二醇(PEG)引发下合成了一系列不同LA/GA摩尔比的聚乙二醇-聚丙交酯乙交酯(MPEG-PLGA)嵌段共聚物,并对其结构、结晶性、热性能和力学性能进行了分析测试。结果表明:由D,L-LA合成的共聚物均为非晶态,LA/GA的变化对其各方面性能影响较小;而L-LA合成的共聚物在LA/GA为75∶25时出现结晶性,90∶10时结晶度进一步增大,玻璃化转变温度及拉伸强度也随之明显提高。 By using glycolide(GA) and two different optical rotation lactide(LA):D,I_lactide(D,LI.A) and Llac- tide(L-LA) ,a series of poly(ethylene glycol)-(lactide-co glycolide)(MPEG-PLGA) block copolymers with different LA/ GA molar ratios were prepared with methoxypolyethylene glycol(MPEG) as initiator. Their composition, crystallization, thermal and mechanical property were characterized and studied. Results showed that the copolymers synthesized by D, b LA were all amorphous, and the variation of LA/GA had little influence to their properties. The copolymers synthesized by 1A.A appeared crystallinity when LA/GA was 75 : 25,the degree of crystallinity wasincreased when LA/GA was 90 : 10, and their glass transition temperature and tensile strength was increased obviously with it.
