摘要 利用熔融共混法制备HDPE/纳米CaCO3复合材料,研究了纳米CaCO3含量对HDPE基体性能的影响。实验结果表明:加入纳米CaCO3后,HDPE基体的力学性能得到提高。其中,随着纳米CaCO3含量增加,复合材料拉伸强度提高,冲击强度、断裂伸长率有所下降。当加入含量为4%时复合材料具有较好的综合力学性能。此后随着纳米Ca-CO3含量的继续增加复合材料性能降低。同时加入纳米CaCO3后,复合材料的结晶起始温度提高,结晶峰变窄,熔融热晗增大,结晶度提高。 HDPE/nano-CaCOa composite materials were prepared by melt-compounding method, the effect of nano- CaCO3 content on the properties were studied. The results showed that the mechanical properties of HDPE matrix were in- creased with increasing the content of nano-CaCO3. The tensile strength of composites was increased, the impact strength and breaking elongation were decreased a little and the materials had better over-all mechanical properties when the content of the nano-CaCOawas 4%. After that, the properties of composites were decreased. At the same time, the crystallization onset temperature of the composites was increased, the peak crystailization was narrowed, the melting heat enthalpy and the degree of crystallization increased with increasing the content of nano-CaCO3.
