华北平原井灌区节水农业运行管理模式研究与示范

Research on the Management Mode of Water-saving Agriculture in the Well Irrigation Districts in North China Plain

从传统的粗放型灌溉农业向集约型节水农业转变,必须实行新型的节水农业运行管理。桓台县是典型的华北平原井灌区,针对桓台的水源、种植作物和灌溉工程形式,建立了节水工程的组织管理模式,健全了各种规章制度,加强了技术培训、技术推广和工程管理,有效遏制当地地下水超采趋势,逐步实现区域采补平衡。

In order to shift from traditionally extensive agriculture to intensive water-saving agriculture, the management mode must be implemented. Huantai County is a typical well irrigation area in North China Plain. Based on the water source, planted crops and irrigation projects, water-saving projects＇organization and management modes have been established. Various rules and regulations have been perfected. And technological training, popularization and engineering management have been strengthened, thus restrai- ning the overexploitation of underground water effectively.
