摘要
采用欧拉-拉格朗日多相流模型,对双吸式离心泵内的水流和泥沙颗粒运动进行了模拟,并采用离散相冲击磨损模型分析了两种不同的叶片出口相对液流角对叶片泥沙磨损的影响。分析结果表明:叶片磨损严重的位置集中在叶片的进口处和出口处,吸力面的平均磨损强度高于压力面;叶片磨损强度受冲击角的影响,减小叶片的出口相对液流角能够改善叶片的泥沙磨损,但会引起水泵扬程略微降低。
Water flow and sediment movement in a double suction centrifugal pump are simulated with an Euler-Lagrange multiphase flow model and the effect of the two different blade outlet angles on the erosion rate of blade was predicted with a particle erosion model. The results show that the blade's inlet and outlet are usually severely destroyed by sediment erosion and the average erosion rate on the suction side is always greater than that on the pressure side. The impact angle is one of the major factors which influence the erosion rate of blades. Decreasing the blade's outlet angle, the erosion rate at the blade is decreased but the pump head is also de- creased slightly.
