摘要
以SQT-8500型长距离带式输送机的机电耦合系统为研究对象,利用Matlab8.0和Simulink7.0两个计算机仿真工具建立了单电机变频调速矢量控制模型。利用该仿真模型制定出3个三电机主从控制方案,并通过计算机对每个方案进行仿真模拟,分析了仿真结果,最终确定电机1作为主驱动电机,电机2和电机3参数根据电机1输出的电磁转矩来给定是最佳主从控制方案。该研究为多滚筒变频驱动的应用奠定了理论基础。
Taking the electromechanical coupling system of the SQT-8500 type long distance belt conveyor as the research object, using Matlab8.0 and Simulink7.0 two computer simulation tools establishes a single motor vector control model. By using the simulation model developed in three of three motor master-slave control mode, and through computer for each scheme simulation model, through the analysis of the simulation results, finally determine the motor 1 as the main drive motor, motor 2 and a motor 3 parameters according to the motor output of the 1 electromagnetic torque is best given master-slave control plan.The research for multi cylinder driving theory basis for the application.
