摘要
逆向物流是近年来物流研究中的一个新领域,素有环保物流的美誉。众所周知,长期的煤炭开采和生产对环境、生态造成巨大污染,而生产、应用过程中产生的大量可回收再利用的物资并没有被合理运用,导致浪费现象普遍严重。基于逆向物流管理的有效价值,可将其广泛引入我国当前煤炭企业的物流中,有效节约企业生产成本,全面降低对环境的污染程度。文章首先对逆向物流内涵界定,并深入分析了当前煤炭企业引进逆向物流管理的重要意义,由此进一步阐释逆向物流在煤炭企业中的管理策略与实施方案。
In recent years, logistics reverse logistics is a new research field in environmental logistics, known as the reputation of.As everyone knows, the long-term coal mining and production environmen4 cause great pollution to zoology, production, and application of large quantities of reeyclable material and no reasonable use, resulting in serious waste phenomenon. Based on the reverse logistics management of the effective value, can be widely introduced to China＇s coal enterprises logistics, effectively saves the production cos4 to reduce the pollution degree to the environment. This paper first on the definition of reverse logistics, and in-depth analysis of current coal enterprises and the introduction of reverse logistics management significance, thus further interpretation of reverse logistics in coal enterprise management strategy and implementation plan.
