构建和谐社会是当今社会发展的主流,煤炭企业作为构建和谐社会物质基础的重要领域,如何按照构建和谐社会的要求,进一步创新煤炭企业安全文化,充分发挥安全文化在构建和谐安全企业中的作用,为构建和谐安全企业提供动力和智力支持,是目前大家关注的一个崭新课题。笔者对构建和谐安全企业与安全文化创新的关系进行初步梳理。

This paper analyzes the relationshils between building a harmonious enterorise safety culture innovation.
