摘要
近些年来,一些煤矿企业为了片面地追求经济效益,而忽视了矿工的生命安全,发生的工伤事件有逐年增加的趋势。文章针对煤矿行业矿工工伤医疗纠纷进行相应的法律分析,对于保护矿工的合法权益有着一定的理论意义和现实意义。
