摘要 为解决温室植物对光环境的需求,依据植物对光的选择性吸收特点,突破传统的点、线光源局限,采用模块化阵列设计理念,研制出了基于单片机的温室植物LED补光系统。该系统配置了由红光、蓝光、远红光和紫外光四色LED组成单元模块,再由若干个单元模块组成的LED阵列平面光源,采用STC12C5A60S2单片机实时监测LED基板温度和光强,并通过脉宽调制信号控制红、蓝光LED补光灯亮度,以满足温室植物在不同阶段对补光量的需求。此外,本系统能够对光质、光强、光周期和工作方式进行动态调节。实际应用表明,该系统具有操作简便、检测准确的特点,可有效实现定量精确补光,具有很强的实用性和推广性。 In order to satisfy the demand for the light environment in greenhouse plants, the authors broke through the limitations of traditional point and line sources according to the characteristic of selective absorption from light of plants, adopted the concept of modular array design, and designed the LED light system used for greenhouse plants based on MCU. The LED light system has numbers of primitive modules that are composed of red light, blue light, far-red light and ultraviolet light LEDs. Also, the LED light system is based on STC12CSA60S2 MCU to real-time monitor the tem- perature of LED circuit board and light intensity. The LED light system utilizes PWM signal to control the luminance of red or blue light. The LED light system can satisfy the light demand of the greenhouse crops in different periods of the growth. Besides, this LED light system can dynamically adjustl the quality, intensity, cycle of light and work mode. The practical application shows that this LED light system has the features of easy operation and accurate detection, and is li- able to popularize with its strong usability.
