Research on the Library Innovation under the Performance Excellence Mode

创新是图书馆核心竞争力的重要来源。卓越绩效模式能够促进图书馆改进和创新,推动图书馆事业的可持续发展。东莞图书馆基于卓越绩效模式构建了创新系统,包括创新动力、创新过程、创新管理、创新能力和创新环境五大要素。这些要素通过共同组合和相互作用,能够保障图书馆各方面资源的整合和循环流动,更好地提升图书馆的整体绩效和能力。

The innovation is the important source of the library core competitiveness. The performance excellence mode could motivate the improvement and the innovation of libraries, and promote the sustainable development of the librarianship. Based on the performance excellence mode, Dongguan Library has established the innovation system including five elements, such as the innovation impetus, the innovation process, the innovation management, the innovation ability and the innovation environment. Through the common combination and interaction,these elements could guarantee the integration and the circulating of various aspects of library resources, and further improve the overall performance and the ability of libraries.
