不同浓度化学诱变剂甲基磺酸乙酯对番茄种子发芽的影响 被引量:15

摘要 以番茄自交系"TTD302A"种子为试材,设置0.3%、0.5%、0.7%、0.9%、1.1%5个不同浓度EMS,并用2个不同时间处理组合诱变番茄种子,测定其发芽势、发芽率及根长等发芽指标。结果表明:相同诱变时间、不同浓度EMS诱变各处理间种子发芽势、相对发芽势、发芽率及相对发芽率差异极显著;相同浓度EMS、不同诱变时间各处理间种子发芽势差异极显著,相对发芽势和发芽率无显著差异,相对发芽率差异显著;EMS诱变番茄"TTD302A"种子的半致死浓度为0.7%~0.9%,处理时间为8h。 Taking tomato seeds of 'TTD302A' as materials,five different concentrations of EMS (0. 3% ,0. 5% ,0. 7%, 0. 9%, 1. 1%) were set and two different treatment time were used to induce tomato seeds, seed germination index such as germination potential, germination percentage and root length were mearsured. The results showed that there were highly significant difference of seed germination potential, the relative germination potential, germination percentage and the relative germination percentage among the treatments induced by the same treatment time and different concentrations of EMS;there were highly significant difference of seed germination potential,no significant differences of seeds relative germination potential and germination percentage, significantly different of the relative germination percentage among each treatment induced by the same concentration of EMS and different time. The median lethal dose (LD50) of EMS treatment tomato seed 'TTD302A' was 0. 7%--0. 9% EMS for 8 h.
