摘要
以新采收的黑籽南瓜种子为试材,选取10%过氧化氢、浓硫酸、10%高锰酸钾、10%氢氧化钠、200mg/L赤霉素5种化学药剂处理黑籽南瓜种子,观察其发芽率,以期筛选出能满足生产上提高种子发芽率的适合药剂。结果表明:用10%的过氧化氢处理黑籽南瓜种子2h,发芽率高达93.33%,不仅与用清水处理的对照有显著性差异,而且与其它化学药剂处理的结果也存在显著性差异,是较理想的药剂。
Taking new seeds of Cucurbita ficifolia Bauche as materials, the effect of different cherrncal treatments ~ Iu 70 hydrogen peroxide, concentrated sulfuric acid, 10% potassium permanganate, 10% sodium hydroxide, 200 mg/L gibberellin) on germination rate were studied, the purpose of the test was to screen the suitable chemical {or pharmaceutical production. The results showed that the germination rate o{ Cucurbita ficifolia Bauche seeds treated by I0~ hydrogen peroxide was up to 93. 33% ,and it was significant different with water-treated control,as well as others. It largely improved the germination rate,and was an ideal chemical.
