摘要
目的:优选补阳还五汤总苷胶囊的制备工艺。方法:以出膏率和黄芪甲苷含量为指标,采用正交试验优选补阳还五汤总苷胶囊的水提取工艺。采用732型阳离子交换树脂、三氯甲烷萃取和DA-201型大孔树脂对补阳还五汤中总苷类物质进行分离、纯化,通过单因素试验考察优选该制剂的成型工艺。结果:最佳水提取工艺为加10,8倍量水提取2次,每次1 h。选择乳糖为吸湿剂,80%乙醇为润湿剂,生产环境相对湿度应<60%,1.02 g颗粒应分装入6粒2号胶囊中。结论:优选的提取、成型工艺条件合理可行,为补阳还五汤总苷胶囊的工业化生产提供参考。
Objective: To optimize preparation process of total glucosides of Buyang Huanwu decoction (BYHWT) capsules. Method: With the content 9f astragaloside IV and extract yield as indexes, water extraction process of this capsules was optimized by orthogonal design. Isolation and purification of total glucosides from BYHWT was achieved by using 732 cation exchange resin firstly, then extracting with chloroform, and finally using DA-201 maeroporous resin. Molding technology of this capsules was investigated by single factor tests. Result: Optimum water extraction technology was: extracted 2 times with 10, 8 times the volume of water, 1 h per time. Lactose as hygroscopic agent, 80% ethanol as wetting agent, relative humidity should be less than 50% for production environment, 1.02 g particles should be dispensed into 6 No. 2 capsules. Conclusion: Optimized extraction and molding technology was reasonable and feasible, which provided a reference for industrial production of total glueosides of BYHWT capsules.
