Chemical Constituents of Ethyl Acetate Extract from Ailanthus altissima

目的:研究臭椿皮中乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶和Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱对乙酸乙酯萃取部分进行分离,通过波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果:从乙酸乙酯部位分离6个化合物,分别鉴定为3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸(1),延胡索乙素(2),马兜铃酸内酰胺AⅡ(3),槲皮素(4),阿魏酸(5),齐墩果酸(6)。结论:化合物1～4,6为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective： To study the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extract from Ailanthusaltissima. Method： The ethyl acetate extract was isolated by silica gel, and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their chemical structures were elucidated by spectral data. Result： Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract. They were identified as isovanillic acid （1）, tetrahydropalmatie （2）, aristololactam All （3）, quercetin （4）, ferulic acid （5）, oleanolic acid （6）. Conclusion： Compounds 1, 2, 3, 4 andfi were isolated from this plant for the first time.
