Chemical Constituents of Ethyl Acetate Extract from Ailanthus altissima

摘要 目的:研究臭椿皮中乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶和Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱对乙酸乙酯萃取部分进行分离,通过波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果:从乙酸乙酯部位分离6个化合物,分别鉴定为3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸(1),延胡索乙素(2),马兜铃酸内酰胺AⅡ(3),槲皮素(4),阿魏酸(5),齐墩果酸(6)。结论:化合物1~4,6为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extract from Ailanthusaltissima. Method: The ethyl acetate extract was isolated by silica gel, and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their chemical structures were elucidated by spectral data. Result: Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract. They were identified as isovanillic acid (1), tetrahydropalmatie (2), aristololactam All (3), quercetin (4), ferulic acid (5), oleanolic acid (6). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 2, 3, 4 andfi were isolated from this plant for the first time.
