摘要
本文首先分析了传统人力资源管理向以云计算为基础的人力资源管理变迁,然后深入分析了云计算时代企业人力资源管理面临的机遇和挑战,最后从建立专业化和技能化人力资源管理队伍、人力资源管理系统的创新变革、组织结构"云转型"、协议合同保障和加强技术支持等方面提出了相应性的对策建议。
This paper firstly analyzes the transition from traditional human resource management to human resource management based on cloud computing. Then depth analyzes the opportunities and challenges which human resource management facing in the cloud computing era. Finally, put forward several countermeasures and suggestions from the following aspects: establishment of professional and skilled human resources management team, innovation of human resources management system, cloud transformation of organizational structure, agreement contract security guarantee and strengthen the technical support.
