摘要
本文以我国1068名青年公务员为样本,借助访谈、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析等定性和定量分析手段,开发了一套包含五因子26题项的青年公务员工作压力源量表。对青年公务员工作压力源的测量结果表明,排前三位的工作压力源是生活压力、职业前景压力与人际关系压力。文章以此为基础提出了既能缓解工作压力又能实现青年公务员成长的干部人事管理建议。
Young civil servants working stress was originated in the conflict between the rationality of standard civil servants role and human nature characteristics. A standard civil servants role plays regulation guardian, public interest servants, social contradiction bearer. However, the actual motivation of young civil servant is the external factor such as high stability, competitive salary. They also want to work innovatively and have opportunities for advancement, which was deviated from rationality administrator. When such conflict occurred, young civil servants would perceive work stress. Using a sample of 1068 young civil servants, a five dimensional- measurement scale including 26 items was established. The result of work stress of young civil servants was analysis that the first work stress is life stress, the second work stress is career advance stress and the third work stress is interpersonal stress.
