摘要
上世纪80年代以来,一些国家对政府部门人力资源管理进行了大胆改革。与传统人事管理相比,新的人力资源管理模式在聘用办法、绩效评估、薪酬管理、晋升机制等方面都呈现出一些新的特点,对我国政府部门人力资源管理具有一定启示意义。
Since the 80's of 20th century, ome countries carded out a bold government human resource management reform. Compared with the traditional personnel management, the new human resources management approach emerged as some of the new features in hiring, performance appraisal, compensation management, and promotion mechanisms, which has some enlightenment of Chinese government human resource management.
