摘要
目的 了解植物血凝素 (PHA)、脂多糖 (LPS)对人肾小球系膜细胞分泌IL -18的影响。方法 体外培养的人系膜细胞经不同浓度的PHA ,LPS诱导 ,ELISA测定培养上清。结果 LPS和PHA均可诱导人肾小球MC释放IL -18,LPS和PHA呈浓度促进MC释放IL -18,LPS诱导作用较PHA强 ,均显著高于对照组水平 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 肾小球系膜细胞在LPS和PHA诱导下可增加IL -18分泌。
Objective To study the production of IL-18 by cultured human glomerular mesangial cell induced with LPS and PHA.Methods Human glomerular mesangial cell was cultured in vitro induced with different concentration of LPS and PHA. IL-18 in supernatant were assayed with ELISA.Results IL-18 can be released from MC induced with LPS and PHA in a dose dependent manner, IL-18 released from MC induced with LPS was higher than that with PHA. The production of IL-18 was significantly different between LPS or PHA group and the control.Conclusion Human MC induced with LPS and PHA can release IL-18.
