摘要
本文通过实地调查,采用案例分析的方法,从外部环境的变迁、企业内部资源能力和竞争优势、企业家精神及品牌意识三方面原因分析入手,根据国联水产在面对对虾内外形势之下为实现转型升级选择的发展战略,得山我国对虾企业在成长调整期的发展方向是:多元化市场中区分不同的市场来培育核心资源能力是战略实现的关键;企业家精神是企业提出发展战略的主要驱动因素;实施精细化管理,降低浪费,是实现利润最大化的基础;发挥产业链的协同效益和提升品牌溢价能力是实施发展战略的重要方向。
This paper took the transformation case of GuoLian aquatic company when it faced the economic condition home and abroad. Their development strategies to achieve transformation and upgrading were analyzed. Three main aspects were the change from the external environment, internal resources and competitive advantage of the company, entrepreneurship and brand awareness. Then gotten the shrimp company development direction during the growth and adjustment period might as below: market diversification to distinguish different market to enhance their core business; culturing entrepreneurship; implementation of sophisticated management, reducing waste, maximizing profit; utilization of industry chain synergies and enhancement of brand oremium.
