低碳视角下环渤海地区海洋经济与生态环境协调性研究

Research of coordinated development between marine economy and ecological environment in Bohai area region in the perspective of a low-carbon economy

海洋经济低碳化转型需要与生态环境协调发展。本文通过构建评价海洋经济与生态环境发展的指标体系,运用主成分分析和回归分析对环渤海地区的海洋经济与环境之间的协调性进行测度,并与长三角和珠三角地区进行横向比较。分析表明:环渤海地区的海洋经济与生态环境之间的协调等级为优质协调,珠三角地区和长三角地区呈现不同程度的失调,且长三角地区失调程度较严重。基于低碳化的视角提出促使海洋经济与生态环境协调发展的对策建议。

Marine economy runs in ecological environment and economic. In economy and ecological environment low carbon will promote the coordinated development of the paper, through building rating index system of marine development, using principal component analysis and regression methods to the coordination between ocean economy and environment in Bohai area, men on this basis compared with Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, the study found： the coordination between marine economy and ecological environment in Bohai area is quality coordination, the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River present varying degrees of imbalance and the Yangtze River Delta region is more serious. At last, based on the low carbon perspective put forward some suggestions to promote the coordination of marine economy and ecological environment.
