我国海洋资源承载力变化趋势研究——基于对海洋资源供给能力的分析

Analysis on China's marine resources carrying capacity change trend——basing on ocean resources supply capacity

为了更加合理有效地评价我国海洋资源承载力，本研究运用主成分分析法分析了2004．2009年我国海洋资源的供给能力的现状、问题、主成分和变化趋势。结果表明：基于主成分分析法的海洋资源承载力研究方法克服了专家打分法的缺陷，更为客观地评价出了我国海洋资源承载力近年来的变化趋势，为海洋资源可持续发展提供理论支持。

In order to evaluate of marine resources carrying capacity in China more rationally and efficiently, using PCA to analyze the current situation, problems, principal component and trend of the supply capacity of China＇s marine resources from year 2004 to 2009 .The results show that： the method of PCA in the marine resources carrying capacity overcomes the shortcomings of expert scoring method, and evaluates the trend of the carrying capacity of the marine resources more objectively, and provides theoretical support for the sustainable development of marine resources.
