Is Philosophy "the Learning of World Outlook" ?

在哲学研究的领域中，经常会遭遇到下面这样的有趣现象：当人们站在哲学殿堂之外时，常常会煞费苦心地去思索“什么是哲学”的问题；而当他们一旦成为哲学专业的研究生，甚至成为职业的哲学研究人员时，反倒不合时宜地遗忘了这个问题，满足于在自己划定的哲学的二级学科的某个方向或某个问题上做实证性研究了。其实，哲学这门学科不同于实证科学的地方正在于它的不确定性，诚如叔本华早已告诉我们的：“哲学是一个长着许多脑袋的怪物，每个脑袋都说着一种不同的语言。”（叔本华，第144页）有鉴于此，哲学研究者与实证科学研究者不同，经常需要反躬自问：什么是哲学。通过这样的询问，他们一方面使自己的思想始终保持应有的高度，绝不蜕变为实证化的碎片；另一方面也使自己的批判意识始终处于清醒状态，不成为事务主义思维方式的俘虏。

There is the most popular definition of philosophy,i.e.,philosophy is on the learning of world outlook in contemporary Chinese theoretical kingdom.In fact,this definition of philosophy has not been reflected deeply.First of all,as a transcendent object,the whole world in the meaning of I.Kant and L.Wittgenstein isn't cognizable,but the environed world in the meaning of K.Marx and M.Heidegger,is cognizable.Secondly,it is wrong to look upon world as the environed world as the total of nature,society and human thinking.Finally,these two concepts—— 'world outlook' and ' philosophy of world outlook' should be refused from theory,According to M.Heidegger.
