摘要
在社会分层的背景下,残疾人是获取资源最少的群体,又是离权力中心最远的群体,是弱势群体和边缘群体。他们与主流群体有着各种冲突,如价值观的冲突、利益的冲突以及权利的冲突。在全纳教育理念下,残疾人不应该受到社会主流群体的排斥,而是社会整体结构的组成部分,并有着平等地接受各种教育和活动的权利。因此,学校、社区以及社会都应该积极推广全纳教育理念和措施,让社会的大多数群体接纳和包容残疾人。
Under the background of social stratification,the group of disabilities gets the least of social resources and hasn't anymore powers and human rights.It has many more conflicts like as values,interests and rights with the mainstream groups.However,this group is the important part in the society,and it has the equal educational rights and participates into some social activities under the inclusive education theory,so most of schools or communities and the whole society should take active measures to achieve most of people with disabilities into the mainstream society.
