亚低温脑保护的基础研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 亚低温的临床应用这些年来在各地陆续开展,建立在对亚低温脑保护机制的逐步探索与认知的基础上。近十年来,亚低温脑保护的基础研究进展很快,在部分肯定了前人得出的结论以外,学者们发现了很多新的内容及不确定的结果。该文回顾和总结了这十年来亚低温在降低脑氧代谢,保护血脑屏障,调节机体炎症反应,调节兴奋毒性神经递质过度释放,抑制钙超载,减少神经元凋亡等方面的研究成果,阐述了亚低温脑保护的可能机制。在很多方面,特别是调节机体炎症反应方面,文献报道结果差异较大。本文为引导学者们进行更深人的思考与研究,以揭示亚低温作用的内在规律,更好地为临床工作服务做一综述。 Clinical application of mild hypothermia has been carried out all around the world, based on gradually exploring the mechanisms of hypothermia cerebral protection. Over the past decade, the fundamental research of hypothermia cerebral protection has made great progress. With part of the previous conclusion confirmed, the scholars have discovered a lot of new mechanism and some uncertain results. This paper reviews and summarizes the progress of mild hypothermia in lowering cerebral oxygen metabolism, protecting the blood- brain barrier, regulating the inflammatory response, regulating the excessive release of neurotransmitters, inhibiting calcium overload, and reducing neuronal apoptosis for a decade. In many aspects, especially the regulation of inflammatory reaction, the reported results in the literature are quite different to guide scholars to conduct more in - depth thinking and research, in order to reveal the role of mild hypothermia for clinical work.
