China's Real Estate Investment: An Empirical Study of Inclusive Growth of National Economy

摘要 基于我国1994~2011年房地产投资额与GDP的数据,利用协整分析和Granger因果关系检验考察房地产投资与国民经济包容性增长的关系问题。实证结果表明:房地产投资促进国民经济包容性增长,二者存在长期均衡关系。另外,在相关数据和实证结果的基础上,针对我国房地产市场的现状和问题提出了政策建议。 The real diagnosis result indicated that, The real estate investment promotes the national economy tol- erance to grow, the two existence long- term balanced relations. Moreover, this article in the correlation data and in the real diagnosis result foundation, had forecast reasonably in 2010 and 2011 real estate investment cost and GDP, and aim at our country real estate market the present situation and the question put forward the policy propos- al. The real diagnosis result indicated that, the real estate investment promotes the national economy tolerance to grow, the two existence long - term balanced relations.
