中国循环经济发展水平区域差异分析

Analysis on Regional Difference of Development of Circular Economy in China

文章根据循环经济的内涵构建了测度指标体系,并运用层次分析法和聚类分析法对我国2010年各省域的循环经济发展水平进行综合评价和区域比较,结果表明中国循环经济发展水平基本处于初期阶段,且东、中、西部地区发展程度依次减弱;为了进一步找出各省域循环经济发展的制约因素,采用障碍度指标对我国循环经济发展水平进行病理诊断,结果表明各省域循环经济发展制约因素及强弱程度都有差别,需要针对性地采取措施进行调整。

This paper,according to the meaning of circular economy,sets up index system of measurement and conducts a study of comprehensive evaluation and regional comparison about development of circular economy in different provinces in 2010.The study shows that the development of circular economy in China is in the primary stage and there is a difference among the eastern,central and western regions.The paper points out the factors restricting the development of circular economy and comes up with countermeasures.
