摘要
研究肺癌患者血浆及外周单个核细胞 (PBMC)诱生IL 2、IL 4水平及患者Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类辅助T细胞 (Th1和Th2 )细胞功能。方法 :用细胞因子诱生及ELISA技术 ,测定 30例肺癌术前患者、12例术后患者血清及外周血单个核细胞诱生的IL 2、IL 4水平 ,以IL 2水平反映Th1细胞功能 ,以IL 4水平代表Th2细胞功能。结果 :肺癌患者血清及PBMC诱生产生IL2水平减低 ,而IL 4水平升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,PBMC诱生及血清IL 2、IL 4水平在不同分期、不同病理类型肺癌病人间比较无显著差别 (P >0 0 5 ) ,行肺癌根治术后的患者血清及PBMC诱生IL 2水平高于未手术肺癌患者水平 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :肺癌患者体内Th1和Th2细胞亚群功能失调 ,这可能是肺癌组织在患者体内进行性生长及免疫逃避的机制之一 ;肺癌患者Th1和Th2亚群失调在肺癌不同分期、不同病理类型患者间无显著差别 。
Purpose:To study the function of type 1 helper and type 2 helper T (Th1 and Th2) cells in peripheral blood from lung cancer patients. Methods:By using the ELISA technique, we examined interleukin 2 (IL 2),interleukin 4 (IL 4) levels in serum, the productons of IL 2 and IL 4 with PHA by PBMC in 30 cases of lung cancer and 12 postoperative cases. The levels of IL 2 and IL 4 could evaluate respectively the function of The and Th2 subsets. Results:The results showed that there was a decrease of IL 2 and an increase of IL 4 in the peripheral blood of patients (P<0 05),that is ,there was a disregulation in the function of Th1 and Th2 cells, with an expansion in Th2 cells and a malfunction in Th1 cells. More over, there was no correlation among the clinical stages、histological types (P>0 05) while the malfunction of Th1/Th2 subsets decreased in postoperative patients (P<0 05) Conclusions:The data of the study shows that lung cancer patients have a malfunction in Th1 and Th2 subsets, and this may be partially the mechanism that allows the tumor to progress in the host and escape immune surveillance.
