胆囊癌36例的手术治疗

Surgery of gallbladder carcinoma in 36 cases

研究提高胆囊癌治疗效果的途径。方法 :1 988— 1 998年间收治 36例胆囊癌患者 ,进行回顾性临床分析。结果 :36例行探查手术 ,30例切除病变胆囊 ,切除率为 83 3% ,其中行根治性切除 4例 ,根治率为 1 1 1 %。结论 :提高疗效的途径在于对高危人群的掌握 ,广泛普查 ,术中常规剖开胆囊标本检查 ,做到早期治疗。

Purpose:To improve results in the treatment of gallbladder carcinoma. Methods:A retrospective clinical analysis was made in 36 cases of gallbladder carcinoma, who were treated in our hospital between 1988—1998.Results:All the 36 cases were subjected to an exploratory operation and in 30 of them the lesions were resected, the resectability rate being 83.5%, and in 4 of them could be radically resected, thus the radical resectability rate was 11.1%.Conclusions:Knowledge of the high risk population through screening and keeping in mind the possibility of early lesions drugin operations is very important in raising the cure rate.
