摘要
研究掌叶覆盆子叶中挥发性成分的组成。采用顶空-气质联用方法进行测定,利用NIST标准谱库检索对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定,应用相对峰面积法计算相对百分含量。结果表明:共分离并鉴定出37种化合物,其中含量最高的为十六烷酸。
To study the volatile constituents of palmleaf raspberry leaf.The volatile constituents of Raspberry leaf were analyzed by HS-GC/MS,and the constituents were identified by their mass spectra using NIST.The relative percentage of volatile constituents was calculated from the GC peak area.Thirty-seven kinds of constituents were separated and characterized.The main component was Hexadecanoic acid.HS-GC/MS can beused for the fast analysis of the volatile constituents of raspberry leaf and provide scientific basis for further research and development of Raspberry leaf.
