摘要 木薯块根切割力是设计木薯粉碎打浆机械的重要参数,为了研究影响木薯块根切割力、切割应力、切割功率指标的主要因素,利用WD-200B微机控制电子万能试验机,采用单因素试验及正交试验法考察木薯块根的品种、切割速度、切割角度、含水率对切割力、切割应力、切割功率指标的影响。结果表明:切割速度为影响各指标的主要因素,且切割力和切割应力都随切割速度加快呈现明显上升趋势;切割角度的增大,导致切割力和切割应力的减小;含水率变化时,切割力、切割应力呈不规则变化。木薯块根力学特性的试验研究不仅可以为木薯块根的机械化设计提供理论依据,也能为木薯的切片加工提供基础。 The cassava root's cutting force is the key parameters of designing beating crushing machinery.To study the impact factors of the cassava root's cutting force,cutting stress and cutting power,used single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment to test how the cassava varieties,cutting speed,cutting angles and moisture impact on the cassava root's cutting force,cutting stress and cutting power with the WD-200Bcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machines.The results show that the cutting speed is the main factor,the cutting force and cutting stress increase obviously with the increase of cutting speed.As the cutting angle increases,cutting force and stress decrease.With the moisture changes,the changes of cutting force and cutting stress are irregular.Experimental study on mechanical characteristics of cassava roots can not only provide theoretical basis for the mechanization of cassava root design but also provide basis for the sliced processing of cassava.
