家用微波炉热流分布均匀性分析 被引量:2

摘要 为找出微波炉底面上热流分布规律,给优化微波炉尺寸设计提供理论依据,从微波炉热源特性出发,分析微波炉内的传热传质方式和能量分布,由辐射传热理论,推导出家用微波炉内二维热流密度分布计算公式,并选一款市场产品进行数值计算,发现以底面中心为圆心的不同直径范围内的热流分布存在显著的不均匀性。 In order to find out the heat flux distribution on the inner bottom surface,and to provide theoretical basis for optimization of microwave oven size design,introduced the characteristics of the microwave oven heat source,analyzed the heat and mass transfer occurring in the microwave oven cavity and energy distribution,by the law of thermal radiation,derived from the calculation formula of the two dimensional heat flux distribution applied to household microwave oven,and choose a market products for numerical calculation,found the heat flux distribution of different diameter length existing significant heterogeneity.
