摘要
通过单因素以及正交试验优化溪黄草提取工艺:乙醇为溪黄草中抑菌物质的优选浸提剂,超声波提取的最佳条件为70%乙醇,时间25min,料液比1∶30(m∶V)。同时确定最佳提取条件下溪黄草提取液对大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度分别为5.0%和6.2%,对枯草芽孢杆菌的最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度分别为4.8%和5.6%。
The single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were designed to optimize the extracting conditions of Rabdosia serra Hara.The results showed: ethanol was the preferred extractant to extract the antibacterial substances from Rabdosia serra Hara;the optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions were a 30-fold volume of 70% aqueous ethanol solution at 50 ℃ for 25 min.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) of Rabdosia serra Hara extracts against E.coli were 5.0% and 6.2%,respectively.The MIC and MBC of Rabdosia serra Hara extracts against Bacillus subtilis were 4.8% and 5.6%,respectively.
